Apparently shot on a day when the French Navy threatened to arrest anyone who entered the water, these madmen mounted their planks of glory and went for broke. It's gorgeous and insane in equal measure. It was all shot by a dude called Chris Bryan. Surf legend Kelly Slater said just watching this Teahupoo monster was exhausting: "witnessing this was a draining feeling, being terrified for other people's lives all day long ...
